I JUST HAVE TO SHARE THIS

One of my favorite chain restaurants is
Carrabbas.
After you are seated
and have ordered,
the waiter brings
out bread and spiced oil for dipping.

My husband
was surfing the web
and found the copycat recipe
for

Carrabba's Herb Oil for Dipping Bread

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (or as needed)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except oil, on a deep plate or bowl. Pour olive oil over.

It just takes a bit of it to spice up your dipping oil
for bread.
Try it -
you won't be disappointed.

Blessings to all who visit here,
Lynn

  4. We love Carrabbas and they are only a couple of miles away. We love dipping bread but don't like the calories! Have you tried the olive oil that Murrays sells. It is made from olives that are still slightly green. We have found the flavor very exquisite. We will make this recipe.
